Mark B. Durgin, President of Keystone Leadership Coaching, LLC, is a distinguished professional with over two decades of experience in Pennsylvania's child-serving systems, focusing on mental health, behavioral health, and substance use.

Since 2001, Mark has worked tirelessly to build true system collaboration across Pennsylvania's child-serving systems. His journey into leadership and coaching began in 2017 when he became a certified instructor for the Coach Approach to Adaptive Leadership. As a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Mark is dedicated to advancing the coaching profession through high ethical standards and a global network of credentialed coaches.

Mark's passion for leadership and coaching led him to spearhead the Coach Approach to Adaptive Leadership program across Pennsylvania. This approach emphasizes the power of listening and understanding diverse perspectives to effectively empower individuals and address their needs.

As an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through ICF, Mark continues to positively influence the coaching field. He offers Leadership Coaching and Training through Keystone Leadership Coaching, LLC and serves as an Associate Partner at Coach Approach Partners, LLC.

Mark's training in Presence-Based Coaching® has enriched his coaching skills, integrating mindfulness, trauma-informed practices, and psychological safety into his practice. This holistic perspective underscores his approach to human development and coaching efficacy.

A graduate of York College of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Criminal Justice, Mark has been a pivotal figure in enhancing coordination among system partners, youth, and families to address complex challenges within the mental health, behavioral health, and substance use sectors. He has presented insights on topics such as System of Care, Coaching, and Leadership at county, state, and national conferences.
