This program is for leaders who have completed the Coach Approach to Adaptive Leadership and want to go deeper. This program is for leaders at all levels in human services who are committed to driving positive change, including:

  • Program Directors leading cross-functional initiatives.

  • Team Leads and change champions without formal authority.

  • Youth and Family Leaders and system coordinators working across agency boundaries.

Program Structure

This program is custom-designed for your team and organization. It can be delivered as a multi-session series in a virtual or in-person setting. The training uses a case-based learning approach and includes real-world practice labs and peer consultation groups. Optional follow-up coaching is also available to ensure sustained learning and implementation.

 

Prerequisites: Completion of Coach Approach to Adaptive Leadership or equivalent coaching/adaptive leadership experience.
